[EuroPython] EPC 2003 : When ?

I asked webmaster@python.org to put the announce.

I posted the Shortest Announce Ever to C.L.P.

Let's not make the same mistake as last year and get tons of things to do
at the very last moment... EuroPython 2003 starts now, is organised by
P3B with the help of volunteers, has a website up at www.europython.org
(should me move to plone BTW?) and will have a full "sponsor-me" file
describing the event by the beginning of january.
