[Email-SIG] format=flowed

I've just been reading the format=flowed RFC 
(http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2646.txt)

Eudora, Mozilla, Opera, Apple Mail.app and - the clincher in any 
argument about email standards - Hotmail (!) all use it by default.

It would be a really neat addition to the email library.
