What you've linked to is the new edition of the "How to Think Like A
Computer Scientist" Python book by Allen Downey--a book that I'll be using
in an introductory programming class.  Jeffry Elkner is also working on a
"different" new version of that book:

It's interesting to compare the two new versions.
