[Python Edinburgh] Pub Meetup - Next Week

Hi All,

I'm very sorry everyone - I've dropped the ball this week, and failed to
organise the meetup. Instead of belatedly attempting to cobble it together,
I propose we move the Pub Meetup to next Tuesday (which is the last Tuesday
of the month), with all other details the same as usual.

If anyone has any strong opinions about this, feel free to mail the list,
and I'm sure we can organise something!
