[docs] wrong links for python 3.6 doc download

Hi,
The links to download documentation for python 3.6, at
https://docs.python.org/3/download.html, are broken.  I found the right
ones by cross-checking with the links for 2.7, which are working, but
thought you should know.
All the best (and many thanks for this incredibly useful information
resource that you maintain!)
