[docs] downloads for 3.4.5

Hello,

The links on this page (https://docs.python.org/3.4/download.html) are not
working.  After looking at the underlying files on the ftp, it appears that
there are versions up to 3.4.3 but that 3.4.4 and 3.4.5 have not been
posted on the ftp.  The 3.4.3 version works fine for me, but I wanted to
let you know that the links are broken.
