[docs] docs cant be downloaded

Hello dear,

I'm a programmer and I am trying to download a version of your docs but
unfortunately I get 404 error. Could you please fix your links.

I used to find a local version on my machine (ubuntu) pre-downloaded but I
can't find the path of the docs!
