[docs] Missing ')' in argparse docs

Just a minor typo here: http://docs.python.org/library/argparse.html#action

"values - The associated command-line arguments, with any type
conversions applied. (Type conversions are specified with the type
keyword argument to add_argument()." - here ')' is missing at the end.
