Hi Dennis,

first, I've added the semicolon, and it will be used in the next daily
rebuild of the docs.

However, I think the problem you're experiencing has another cause.
I cannot see why wget would care for CSS errors; it does not need to
look at the contents of the files it downloads.  It seems improbable
that the ISP would care for CSS errors either.

Also, the semicolon is by no means required by CSS, as you can see if
you enter the URI to basic.css in the W3C CSS validator.  There is one
"error" in the CSS, which is the use of the "overflow-y" property that
is not part of CSS 2.1 but supported on several modern browsers.
