[Doc-SIG] Looking for language coordinators (Russian)

Thanks for the invitation.
To the question about Russian(Russia) - we have only one team and only one
language.
If I checked it correctly -  this branch of language doesn't contain any
translations,
maybe it would be better to delete it at all to avoid confusion.
