[Doc-SIG] Looking for language coordinators

Hi cocoatomo,

yes.. congratulations for all members and community, finally release Python
3.8.

Related to Transifex, I think I can join you as Coordinator for the
Indonesian Language,
I will help to approve (or reject?) new members, invite or add reviewer (if
any).
Because currently we still use Transifex as our main tools.

what else can I do to support a better community in Transifex?
