[Doc-SIG] Adjustment of toctree depth

I don't have a personal idea of what's good what's not about those. And I bet you won't have much feedback on doc-sig those days but I may be wrong (proove me wrong, you all).

Maybe ask on python-ideas and run a twitter poll?
