[Doc-SIG] Spell check in reStructuredText inside po files

Hi doc-sig,

For the needs of the french translation I created a tool, pospell [1], which checks spelling errors in our translations. It uses hunspell, so if you're also translating the Python documentaiton and hunspell has a dictionary in your language, you may use it too.
