[Doc-SIG] Online article about HeyHeyWickie using Docutils

Hi,

I'm glad the folks at Linux-Magazine.com have put an article of mine
(appearing in the october 2003 issue) on their site for people to
download. It's about an experimental WikiWiki which builds on Doc-
utils and EmPy. It describes neither of these two in detail, but
shows instead what you can do with them.

Subsequent versions of HeyHeyWickie will also be available. My web
pages on the Starship Python were also generated using it (not en-
tirely converted yet...). This is also where you can find a link to
