I guess, if there's multiple proposals, we can have a kind of bake-off
where we get to look at examples of the different formats.  At least
there the relative lack of clutter in ST will be clear.  That won't
settle fears of being hemmed in or tripped up by the rules, that would
have to be addressed with acceptable and formal rules, clean
implementation, etc.  But from what i've seen of the alternatives, i'd
be really sad to have to endure docstrings with noisy garbage in them
in order to have some structure expressed.  Yuck.
