[Doc-SIG] Regex diffs between 1.5 and 2.0

Hi!

I recently ran into the problem that "?<!" and "?<=3D" is new in Python =

2.0 (1.5.2 emits "bad character" on the "<"). Could those differences 
be documented in section 4.2.1, like for other features (i.e. "new in 
Python 2.0").
