[Doc-SIG] docutils - DocNodes.py

I've now uploaded DocNodes.py to both servers (although not updated the
documentation page to point to it yet). Try one of:

I didn't have any more time to spend on it last night, so the status is
still as before. This means about all you can do with it is run the self
tests, and look at the output.
