[Doc-SIG] Moving Python HOWTO site

I'd like to move the HOWTO Web pages to the SourceForge site
http://py-howto.sourceforge.net/, so that other people can help
maintain the pages.  Does anyone have suggestions about other material
that should be on these pages?

(Some draft pages are up at that URL currently, along with download
links for everything; comments are welcomed.  Don't tell me that the
sidebar links are messed up; I'm aware of that...)
