I also couldn't get it using IE 4.01, but then again I can't seem to find

using FTP directly either.

It's not that it's a tgz file, as I *can* use IE (or straight FTP) to suck
down

ftp://starship.skyport.net/pub/crew/danilo/gendoc-0.72.tgz

which may not be what we're after, but has the considerable virtue of
existence <wink>.
