[PYTHON DOC-SIG] gendoc 0.4

I've just uploaded(*) an updated gendoc, 0.4.

Changes since last version:

- Added Fred L. Drake's changes to support Python 1.4
  (not tested yet:-()

- Various bug fixes.

- Navigation buttons used by the HTMLg formatter (Robin's HTMLgen
  module needed).

Ken, I forgot to make some doc changes before uploading, so I
uploaded twice. Forget gendoc.tar.gz, use gendoc.tar.gz.NEW!
