Unrelated to your problem here (which I think is due in part to the
lack of classifiers for binaries for *nix systems (or something along
those lines that Nick or Donald will be more familiar with)), I filed
a twine bug for those warnings:

I've never seen those before, so I'm sorry for the noise in that output.
