[Distutils] pip vs easy_install vs distutils2

I don't think this is necessary. Sure, distutils without an installer
is kinda crippled, but the people who want to install distutils2 are
capable of installing pip as well. :-) And an install script, like the
one for distribute, could download and install both anyway.
