Note that buildout is only really supported with the distribute 0.6.4
release and needs the latest bootstrap from
http://nightly.ziade.org/bootstrap.py. We fixed a variety of issues
with buildout over the weekend. It seems to work with zc.buildout
1.4.1 now, though.
