packagetools is very easy to read, talks about 'packages' and
may be vaigely reminiscent to setuptools...

It is very succinct and represents a name improvement on setuptools.

montypackage may be immediately humourous....

I watched the Monty Python films, but don't remember any red
barrels.

Another totally unique name is "packagepy". That's not on
pypi.

At the end of the day, it's Tareks project. So whatever he
decides for the project will be the right decision..
