[Distutils] ?t=info

[following-up to my own post]

Well, I feel pretty silly.

The answer to my question of "Why does easy_install append ?t=info to  
these file URLs?" is "Because it is following the hyperlinks on your  
page!".

I am too tired tonight to figure out how to hack tahoe and/or  
easy_install so that it finds the eggs on that page and doesn't stop  
with "Unexpected HTML page found" after following the other links.

Maybe tomorrow!
