[Distutils] Howto include .dll files and .so files

Hi All,

I have created one package. It contains few binary files such as .so and
.dll files. I want to include those files in my package distribution. I
tried adding those files using data files but it was not working. Can any
one please guide me how to include those files in my distribution.
