Is there an easy-install.pth in 
/home/murciano/lib/python2.4/site-packages?  If so, does it contain a line 
reading 
'/home/murciano/lib/python2.4/site-packages/setuptools-0.6a5-py2.4.egg'? 
If not, what does it contain?
