[Distutils] Problems with svn in windows

Hi,


  I´m trying to do "easy_install setuptools==dev" in a windows box but have
an error with svn command.

"""... 'svn' is not recognized as an internal or external command, ..."""

  I have installed TortoiseSVN but it seems that don't have command line, is
all with the Explorer.

  Can you tell me what client I may use in windows?
