[Distutils] Distutils on Mac

I am distributing for some time now my Linkchecker with Distutils which is
a "full blown" app (data files, python module files, pyhton packages,
scripts, and C-extensions).
It installs nice on Unix and Windows boxen.

Feel free to play with it to test the Distutils on a Mac.
