[Distutils] Current docs online

Wow!

I just needed this today!

Anyway, I have been off this list for some time due to
prioritus interuptus and just pulled distutils yesterday
to see how things are going.

Things are looking real good, and you all are to be
congratulated. I'll try to stick around for a while and
help now that almost everything's done ;-)
