[DB-SIG] DCOracle2

You should ask your admin to install python 2.2 alongside 1.5, install
DCOracle2 in your own lib path.

If this doesn't work out grab the DCOracle2 package off Zope and try
building it with 1.5.1 (*seriously* out of date, btw).  We'll help if
you have problems, I've got it running under 1.5.2.
