[DB-SIG] compiling DB2 module under Windows?

The install file mention to copy a makefile.pre.in from python2.0/config .
I have python22 install under windows 2000 and don't seem to have that
makefile. The Windows _DB2.dll that comes with the tar file is compile with
python 1.52. Question is how do I create the DLL using MS VC++ 6.0
