[DB-SIG] Description cursor attribute

Hi all,

I added a lot of features to PoPy 2.0.x to be *really* DB API 2.0 compliant, but
I have some problems with Postgresql C interface.

Someone could give me more informations about different items of the
description cursor attribute ?

With postgresql, I have problems to get:

	* precision
	* scale
	* null_ok <- very important!!!

I don't find C API functions which allow me to get these kinds of 
informations.
