[DB-SIG] Update: mxDateTime Package 0.8.2

You can find the updated package on my Python Pages (see below for
the URL). The update includes some minor bug and portability fixes.

The next release will be 0.9 -- the final beta. Please
try it and report any bugs you find. Additional suggestions are
also most welcome. 

The C API is now frozen and should be easily usable for
other database modules as well. If you need examples on how
to work with the API, see mxODBC and the included header file
mxDateTime.h.
