[DB-SIG] ANN: DateTime package version 0.6

The DateTime package provides two new types that allow date/time storing,
arithmetic and formatting -- extending the date range of the Unix time
values 1970-2038 (seconds since 1.1.1970) to the range 1.1.0001 - 
>1.1.1000000, making Python year 2038 safe :-)

After some changes to the interface (proposed by Greg Stein),
bug fixes and a change in packaging, the module will enter the
stabilization phase with this release. Version 1.0 is expected
to be the "final" release.
