[C++-sig] boost python/example/quickstart does not work

Dear all,

I am experiencing a problem with the quickstart example from boost for 
Python. This is what happens:

It somehow does not find the vcvarsall.bat although it is right in the 
place. I even started it before I run bjam.

Any help is appriciated.
