Python 3 support is being worked on as a Google Summer of Code project. 
To track status, you may want to look at the development branch in 
https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox-branches/bhy/py3k or join the 
occasional discussions on IRC over irc://irc.freenode.net/boostpython
