[C++-sig] Choosing the best way to wrap

Hi to all,
I'm pretty new to Boost.python , i've done some very basic test with it,
i've built the hello world example module and another useless extension module that wrap a little c++ class.
In reality i want to wrap this c++ library http://www.cs.umd.edu/~mount/ANN/
and i'd like to ask you which is the best way to do this and if you suggest me something about this.
Do you think is this possible to wrap?
Do you think i have to use only Boost.python or also Py++ ?
