[C++-sig] How to open .CHM help files.

Can anyone give some inputs on how to open a .CHM help file in a WIN32 application.
  Does HTMLHelp() method work in Win32 appln. What should be the headers and libs included.
  Is there any other way to access these help files.
   
  Experts kindly give me some input on this.
