I suspect that you have to point LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the directory with with
libboost_python.so. I don't use bjam, therefore I cannot help with the details,
but maybe you can get it going via "find . -name libboost_python.so" and then
"setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH <path-you-found>:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH".
