I tried to download the latest cvs snapshot. sf.net refuses the 
connection, and checking out from David's backup server will stall
around the file 
'boost-1.30.2/tools/regression/xsl_reports/xsl/summary_page.xsl',

so testing with a 'fresh' checkout isn't possible right now, it seems.
