[C++-sig] How to call spam bayes using c++

Hi,
    I would like to use the spam bayes implementation for some filtering purposes. I simply to want to pass a filename and get a score back. But
I would like to do this using c++. Is there a c++ implementation of the same. If not can some please help me out
