[C++-sig] tutorial html files out of date?

Hi Joel and Bruno,

The quickstart.txt file (in boost/libs/python/doc/tutorial/doc) seems to
contain much more material than is reflected in the html files in the same
directory. Is this something that we could fix before the 1.31 release?
