Did a search on chat rooms and turned up your page:

When I tried to access the advertised URL to see what you had on offer:

http://www.chat4webmasters.com/start.cfm

I got a notice that I was not authorised to access the site.

Your posting was from 2002, so is your Java chat room prog no longer available?
