[C++-sig] New implementation for opaque_pointer_converter

Hi Dave,

it was the change from PyObject_New to PyObject_NEW.
I could reproduce the failure with VC7 and could verify that it's now gone.
Here is patch #4 against the RC_1_30_0-branch.
