I am changing some of the low-level details of how type conversions work in
Boost.Python v2. If you have been using undocumented low-level conversion
components (especially those from the boost::python::converter namespace,
but also including boost::python::from_python), you may find that your code
needs to be adjusted when I check these changes in.
