[C++-sig] regarding recent IRIX CC build problem

Currently the IRIX CC auto build of Boost.Python V2 (cci.lbl.gov/boost) is
failing because /usr/include/ctype.h on this platform #defines isalnum etc. I
believe this must be due to an oversight on SGI's part because the header file
does also contain the proper ANSI function prototypes. The Boost.Python V2
build is fully successful if -D_LINT is added to the CC command line. Therefore
I'd suggest that this define is added to mipspro-tools.jam.
