[C++-sig] status of auto-builds

The last successful Tru64 build is from Sat Jun 29 8am PDT. Ever since then two
of the tests are failing.

The same is true for the IRIX build. This suggests a problem with the EDG
front-end.

There also seems to be some weird problem with VC60 and VC70: at the same time
when the EDG builds started failing the VC build logs stop at the
test_builtin_converters.py test!?
