Thanks for the link! At least for the CLA bot I've already taken care of a
good chunk of that functionality:
https://github.com/brettcannon/knights-who-say-ni . Plus I also prefer to
use async/await on a PaaS platform than have to rely on gunicorn on docker
to hit our potential perf needs.
