[Conferences] Regional Python events on PyCon pages?

Glad to start this conversation, however I'd rather it all be on one page.
No need for a clickthrough if the entire page is supposed to be a big list
anyway. Regional events will eventually *not* be solely be in the US, even
though they are right now.

I'd suggest putting this list below the main list (but above the calendar).
Do you want to give it a shot Marc-André? We've got the 4 to start with.
